Escalative policy
Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for creators and server owners using Escalative.
Effective July 23, 2026
1. The service
Escalative is a discovery marketplace that lets creators publish information about digital game-server assets. Purchases are completed through the relevant creator's official Tebex checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Escalative is not the merchant of record.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, creator, store, or Cfx.re account. One person or organization may not systematically create accounts to evade bans, abuse reviews, or manipulate rankings.
3. Creator responsibilities
- You must own or have permission to publish every listing, image, brand, and description you submit.
- Prices, compatibility claims, support promises, licensing terms, and product details must be accurate.
- You authorize Escalative to use configured store credentials only to provide requested marketplace, checkout, verification, webhook, and analytics functions.
- You remain responsible for your Tebex account, products, customer support, refunds, taxes, and legal compliance.
4. Purchases and reviews
Payments, refunds, chargebacks, and fulfillment are governed by Tebex and the creator's applicable terms. Reviews are limited to qualifying verified purchases. Fraudulent transactions, review manipulation, fake accounts, and sharing of transaction IDs to fabricate eligibility are prohibited.
5. Acceptable use and security
You may not probe, scan, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, overload, or bypass security controls; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; steal credentials; abuse third-party APIs; interfere with other users; or use Escalative for unlawful activity. Automated access is only allowed where Escalative expressly permits it. Security testing requires prior written permission.
6. Availability and suspension
We may change, suspend, or restrict features or accounts to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party integration will remain available.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Escalative is provided without implied warranties. We are not responsible for creator products, third-party services, lost profits, or indirect damages. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Questions or legal notices may be sent through the support contact published on the Escalative website.
